Enhance your balance, coordination, physical mobility and cerebral performance with the free-style retractable FootzyBall! Alternate kicking with either your left or right foot to improve ambidexterity. Master the movement and uplevel to harder string tricks as your flexibility improves!

Clip the ring on to your waistband, pull the ball down on its elastic string and start kicking! Improve dexterity and focus while having fun, then zip it back when done. Be sure to adjust the ball 1 to 2 inches above the floor and keep the line taut while playing.
